Job Description
EU / UK Transportation Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Scheduling – Inbound and Outbound: using internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) and external carrier systems, coordinate inbound shipments from brand partners and customers into our Poland and UK warehouses and outbound shipments into marketplaces like Amazon and Bol. Ensure timely communication and execution for both pickup and delivery.
Inbound Delivery Appointments: Monitor inbound delivery appointment schedule via cloud based application. Respond to escalations from shippers and carriers regarding delivery appointment timing and availability.
Transportation Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings or service enhancements. Present insights and recommendations to the team and leadership as appropriate.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving greater operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality in transportation functions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on industry experience in transportation or logistics—specifically with freight invoice auditing, shipment management, and outbound operations.
Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and experience managing shipments with large carriers (Amazon experience preferred).
Demonstrated history of leading or significantly contributing to process improvement efforts.
