We are looking for an experienced Plant Admin Manager to oversee and manage all administrative functions of the manufacturing plant. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facility management, statutory compliance, and coordination with internal departments to support efficient plant functioning.

Experience : 15+ years Preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall plant administration and office operations
• Oversee facility management including housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Handle vendor management and service contracts
• Coordinate with HR, production, and maintenance teams
• Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
• Supervise security systems and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Manage employee welfare activities and grievance handling
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports related to administration
• Support audits and inspections (internal and external)
