About the role

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes video.

Someone who watches a reel, ad, film, or campaign and immediately starts thinking about how it was made. Someone who understands both the creative side of storytelling and the operational side of making things happen.

This role is for a builder.

You'll lead video production across campaigns, social media, performance marketing, retail, launches, creator collaborations, and everything in between. You'll work closely with the creative, brand, social, performance, and content teams to ensure ideas move smoothly from concept to execution.

You'll be responsible for building systems, managing production and logistics, improving workflows, and helping PALMONAS create content at both quality and scale.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end video production across campaigns, social media, performance marketing, retail, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute shoots from pre-production through final delivery.
• Create production plans, call sheets, timelines, shot lists, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage videographers, editors, freelancers, production partners, and external agencies. Plan and conduct the pre-production meetings.
• Ensure content is delivered on time and meets creative and brand standards.
• Build and improve production workflows that help the team operate efficiently.
• Partner closely with creative, brand, social media, and performance marketing teams.
• Help develop new content formats, storytelling approaches, and production methods.
• Balance creative ambition with practical execution and timelines.
• Explore emerging tools, AI workflows, and technologies that can improve content production.
• Build a scalable content production engine that supports the brand's growth.

We'd love to meet you if you

• Have 4+ years of experience in video production, content production, or a similar role.
• Have worked with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, or D2C brands.
• Have experience managing large volumes of content production for social media.
• Understand performance-driven content and what makes creative work in paid media.
• Can confidently run a shoot from concept to delivery.
• Understand both creative storytelling and production logistics.
• Have strong knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio, editing workflows, and production planning.
• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems.
• Are naturally curious about content, creators, platforms, and evolving video trends.
• Get excited by new tools, AI workflows, and smarter ways of creating content.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly.

Bonus points if you

• Have built or scaled an in-house video production team.
• Have experience working with celebrities, influencers, and large-scale campaign productions.
• Have managed production houses, agencies, and external creative partners.
• Bring strong editing instincts and creative judgment.
• Have experience balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing objectives.
