Land Rover / Range Rover Technician

Alexandria, VA

We are a specialty 4x4 and overland shop looking for an experienced Land Rover / Range Rover technician.

We regularly work on:

• LR3 / LR4
• Range Rover (L322, L405)
• Defenders (NAS & imported)

If you have strong experience with Land Rover diagnostics, electrical systems, and drivetrain work — this is a high-level position with strong pay.

Pay & Schedule

• $40 – $65/hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses
• $2,000 signing bonus
• Monday–Friday (no weekends)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and drivability issues
• Engine, transmission, and suspension work
• Advanced diagnostics (Autologic experience a PLUS)
• Work independently on complex repairs

Requirements

• Strong Land Rover / Range Rover experience
• Diagnostic ability (not just parts changer)
• Ability to work independently
