Role Overview We are looking for a customer-focused and well-presented Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. In this role, you will interact directly with walk-in customers, understand their preferences, and guide them through their jewellery-buying journey.

From first interaction to final purchase, you will ensure a premium, personalized experience while contributing to store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and provide a warm, premium in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• Drive sales conversions and achieve monthly store targets
• Educate customers on product details, pricing, and customization options
• Support customers through high-value purchases like engagement rings
• Coordinate with backend/design teams for custom orders
• Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales / luxury retail / jewellery sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to understand customer preferences and suggest accordingly
• Comfortable handling high-value transactions
