Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our furniture showroom in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture, home furnishing, home décor, modular furniture, or premium retail sales and possess strong team management and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Drive showroom sales and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Lead and supervise the sales team and monitor their performance.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and furnishing solutions.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and sales closures.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and overall showroom appearance.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock availability and inventory movement.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Train and motivate showroom staff to improve sales performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in furniture showroom management, furniture sales, home furnishing, home décor, modular furniture, interior products, or premium retail sales.
- Experience in team handling and showroom operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be located within commuting distance of Kirti Nagar, Delhi.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with furniture brands, home furnishing stores, modular furniture companies, or interior solution providers.
- Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools.
