About the CEO and Co-Founder:

Business School. She started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions – supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
Job Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and track shipments to resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure cost-effective transportation and maintain optimal logistics efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules, delivery reports, and shipment documentation.
- Handle order fulfillment, returns, and reverse logistics processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations related to logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in logistics coordination, preferably in FMCG / Consumer Goods / E-commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of transport management, warehouse operations, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
