As an HR Executive Factory Operations in the Human Resources Department of our Manufacturing Plant, your role will involve managing various aspects related to the factory workforce. You will be responsible for tasks such as attendance management, contract labour and agency manpower coordination, recruitment of blue-collar employees, statutory compliance, and daily manpower planning to ensure smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Attendance Management:**
- Maintain daily attendance records for all types of employees.
- Verify biometric and manual attendance.
- Track absenteeism, late coming, overtime, and shift attendance.
- Generate daily manpower reports for management review.
- Coordinate attendance reconciliation with labour contractors and agencies.
- Ensure accurate attendance records for payroll processing.
- **Contract Labour & Agency Manpower Management:**
- Coordinate with manpower agencies to meet daily requirements.
- Track agency-wise manpower deployment and productivity.
- Monitor labour contractor compliance and attendance.
- Verify contractor invoices against actual attendance.
- **Recruitment & Hiring:**
- Recruit various blue-collar positions.
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment drives.
- Maintain recruitment database and hiring tracker.
- Manage joining formalities and induction programs.
- **Employee Onboarding:**
- Complete joining documentation and collect necessary documents.
- Conduct employee induction and issue company policies.
- **Payroll Support:**
- Provide attendance data and validate records.
- Coordinate salary-related queries.

Qualifications Required:
- **Education:**

- **Experience:**
- 25 years of HR experience in manufacturing or factory operations.
- Experience in handling blue-collar workforce and contract labour.
- **Skills:**
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Attendance Management Systems, Payroll Coordination, HRMS Software.
- Behavioral Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Team Coordination, Conflict Resolution, Time Management.
