Senior Account/Account Executive

As an Accounts Executive at our company in Gandhidham, you will play a crucial role in assisting with day-to-day accounting activities. Your primary focus will be on using Tally for maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records utilizing Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Record purchase and sales entries
• Process invoices and verify billing details
• Manage vendor and customer accounts
• Support GST-related documentation and data entry
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

Qualifications Required:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Tally
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

In addition, we are looking for candidates with:

• Basic accounting knowledge
• Tally ERP knowledge
• MS Excel skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn

If you are based in Gandhidham and have a background in Accounting and Finance, you are preferred for this role. Candidates with 3 years of experience will be given preference.
