If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><h3 data-path-to-node="2">Role Overview</h3> <p>We are seeking a technically strong Global Partner System Specialist to design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems and operational processes. This role sits within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team and operates at the intersection of business and technology, bringing deep expertise in PRM management and CRM architecture and development. The primary focus is on PRM platforms, Salesforce, system integrations (including learning management and badging platforms), and partner data architecture supporting the global partner ecosystem.</p> <p>You will administer and maintain partner systems, ensuring performance, scalability, and data integrity. This includes troubleshooting complex system and integration issues, partnering with technical teams to resolve defects, and helping to design and execute test plans (including taking the lead on regression testing) to validate enhancements. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, develop user and system documentation, and support change management efforts by creating enablement material, communicating updates, and driving adoption of new features and workflows—ultimately enabling a seamless, data-driven partner experience and improving efficiency across the partner lifecycle.</p> <h3 data-path-to-node="5">Key Responsibilities</h3> <h4 data-path-to-node="6">1. Systems Design &amp; Integration</h4> <ul data-path-to-node="7"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architecture:</strong> Translate business needs into technical user stories and scalable system designs.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Integrations:</strong> Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and learning platforms (LMS) for certifications, deal registrations, and badging.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="7,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="7,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Lifecycle Management:</strong> Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-path-to-node="8">2. Data Governance &amp; Analytics</h4> <ul data-path-to-node="9"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Integrity:</strong> Maintain a high standard of data consistency across all partner platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Reporting:</strong> Design dashboards in <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="32">Tableau</strong> and <strong data-path-to-node="9,1,0" data-index-in-node="44">Salesforce</strong> to track partner performance, pipeline visibility, and portal engagement.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-path-to-node="10">3. Quality Assurance &amp; Support</h4> <ul data-path-to-node="11"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Testing:</strong> Own end-to-end test plans and lead regression testing for system releases.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Support:</strong> Troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with developers for defect resolution.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="11,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="11,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">User Enablement:</strong> Manage user provisioning, create technical documentation, and drive platform adoption.</p> </li> </ul> <h4 data-path-to-node="12">4. Operational Excellence</h4> <ul data-path-to-node="13"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Workflows:</strong> Optimize partner onboarding, agreement management, and deal registration processes.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="13,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="13,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Continuous Improvement:</strong> Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner experience.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="15">Qualifications</h3> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></h3> <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>5+ years of experience in systems-focused roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations within a SaaS or technology environment.</li> <li>Deep hands-on experience with partner data across CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems</li> <li>Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms, including learning management systems (Cornerstone &amp; Skilljar)</li> <li>Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations as well as test, troubleshoot, and request enhancements to partner systems</li> <li>Experience participating in the full partner system lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and support.</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.</li> <li>Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with IMpartner</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Familiarity with deal registration and marketing development fund administration</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Hands-on experience with: <ul style="text-align: left;"> <li>Tableau or similar BI tools</li> <li>DocuSign, Conga/Apttus</li> <li>Google Workspace</li> </ul> </li> <li style="text-align: left;">Experience with data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard design.</li> <li style="text-align: left;">Understanding of partner ecosystem at a SaaS technology company</li> </ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>P25173_3437176</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><br>The Okta Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li><a href="http://rewards.okta.com">Supporting Your Well-Being</a>&nbsp;</li> <li><a href="https://www.okta.com/company/okta-for-good/">Driving Social Impact&nbsp;</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.okta.com/company/talent-connection-community/">Developing Talent and Fostering Connection + Community</a></li> </ul> <p>We are intentional about connection.
