As a Human Resources Assistant, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new hire process
- Welcome all new hires to orientation while providing excellent customer service
- Assist new employee's during the orientation process, including training on new hire paperwork
- Prepare new hire packets for orientation
- Prepare new hire packets for payroll
- Keep up to date on agency and funding course requirements and assist in ensuring compliance
- Track outstanding new hire paperwork
- Schedule employees for training
- Assist with onboarding new hires by coordinating offers of employment, communicating with management and meeting new hires to collect required items

Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in HR preferred;
- Human Resources or clerical experience;
- Experience and/or knowledge of Ultipro or Relias LMS a plus.
- Valid Driver's License required
