Job Description

Drive strategic procurement initiatives as a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager. Oversee contract management and materials operations while fostering collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.

This leadership role requires expertise in procurement and materials management. You'll provide operational leadership while managing compliance with public sector directives and hospital policies. Key responsibilities include executing competitive procurement processes, collaborating with purchasing partners, and driving efficiencies in cost-saving strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement activities for capital and operational needs
  • Oversee lifecycle of contract management and compliance
  • Manage inventory control and supply distribution
  • Foster relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Prepare reports for Senior Leadership and Committees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in procurement
  • 5–7 years in supply chain operations, preferably healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of procurement compliance requirements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
