Job Description

As the Head of Performance Marketing & Client Success at NYX, an AI-native customer acquisition platform, your role will be crucial in overseeing and scaling performance marketing operations for both NYX and client accounts. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced startup environment based in Bengaluru, with the potential to grow into a CMO/Co-founder role.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead performance marketing and growth strategies for NYX and client accounts
  • Manage various ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, YouTube, Display, and Search
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, funnels, and attribution for optimal ROI
  • Conduct experiments, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams on tracking, data, and automation
  • Build marketing-driven products and autonomous marketing systems
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and data-driven decision frameworks
  • Lead and mentor the performance marketing and client success teams
  • Handle key accounts and drive growth strategies
  • Establish processes, SOPs, and scalable marketing systems
  • Work closely with founders on company growth and strategy
  • *Qualifications:**
  • 610 years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing
  • Proficiency in Google, Meta, and Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Strong data-driven mindset with knowledge of CAC, LTV, funnels, attribution, and ROAS
  • Interest in marketing technology, automation, AI, and product-driven marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for premium B.Tech/MBA colleges
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
  • Proven analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
