Pharmacy Operations Technician

Location: Hyderabad (Preferred only Hyderabad Candidates)

Experience: 3+ Years

Shift: Day Shift

The responsibilities of the Pharmacy Operations Technician include but are not limited to:

• Contact provider offices and pharmacies, by efax or telephone, to verify patient, prescriber, and medication information
• Communicate patient medication requests to providers and dispensing pharmacies
• Ensure follow-up and documentation to confirm requests have been received, addressed, and completed
• Support clinical pharmacists with outreach, coordination, and administrative pharmacy tasks
• Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes within internal systems
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and operational staff
• Professional and courteous phone presence

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Pharmacy Technician experience or healthcare administrative experience
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows and prescription processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Health care setting experience
• Experience working with provider offices, pharmacies, PBMs, or health plans.
