Role Overview:

Novotel Hyderabad Airport is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Personnel Manager. As a Personnel Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high employee morale and motivation by effectively communicating company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the Talent Culture team to plan, manage, and coordinate various personnel activities across departments, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing organizational policies, training employees, and resolving any employee relations issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and support company policies and procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation
  • Assist the Talent Culture team in planning, managing, and coordinating personnel activities in areas such as Recruitment, Selection, Compensation, Benefits, Training, Development, Performance Management System, Employee Relations, and HR Initiatives
  • Recommend, implement, formulate, and execute organizational policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and programs for all employees
  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale, and guest service
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments and respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Promote and manage a positive and productive work environment by providing clear communication, fair evaluations, and training on new programs and company initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and practices, resolve employee issues, and monitor turnover to improve retention
  • Administer various processes for employees, coordinate recruitment and selection processes, and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma in Talent Cultures Management, Hotel Management, or MBA in HR
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
