💰 Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 + bonus + relocation support

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations across production, yard, and dispatch
• Manage a 75-80 person team across multiple functions
• Drive efficiency, output, and workflow improvements
• Oversee production planning and daily operations
• Support site growth and expansion plans

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Plant Manager or Operations Manager background
• Experience in structural steel fabrication
• Managed teams of 50–200+ employees
• Strong knowledge of production, logistics, and yard operations
• Experience with full site responsibility and financial oversight
