As a Senior Analyst at Novartis, you will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing initiatives, deriving insights, and contributing to the strategic direction of marketing efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing digital marketing performance across various channels such as Email Marketing, Field Digital like iCVA and RTE, and Content Marketing, and providing optimization recommendations.
- Analyzing complex digital data sets to provide strategic insights for business decisions.
- Developing and maintaining accurate, actionable reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data sources.
- Conducting business process analysis for process improvement and efficiency.
- Keeping informed on industry trends to advise management on business growth strategies.
- Tracking and reporting business performance regularly.
- Communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop data-driven solutions.
- Creating models to automate processes and increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 3-6 years of expertise in using analytics tools such as Qlik, Data IKU, or any ETL tool.
- Strong skills in SQL, advanced Excel, statistical analysis tools (R, Python), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and develop key industry insights.
- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Analyst in a Business Analyst role.
