- Keeping informed on industry trends to advise management on business growth strategies.
- Tracking and reporting business performance regularly.
- Communicating data-driven insights to stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop data-driven solutions.
- Creating models to automate processes and increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Managing complex data structures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 3-6 years of expertise in using analytics tools such as Qlik, Data IKU, or any ETL tool.
- Strong skills in SQL, advanced Excel, statistical analysis tools (R, Python), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze market dynamics, and develop key industry insights.
- Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desired qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Analyst in a Business Analyst role.
- Proficiency in complex SQL, Python, Alteryx, or equivalent data management tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in applying advanced analytics methods for data-driven optimizations.
- Certification or formal training in relevant analytics or business intelligence tools would be an added advantage.
