Role Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring financial performance through strategic analysis and optimal resource allocation to reimagine medicine across 70 countries. Your role includes supporting the operational conversion of BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business, assisting with financial activities, decision making, and general projects. You will provide analysis and reporting with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data. Monitoring and measuring ongoing business performance, driving early warning for resource re-direction, ensuring data integrity from commercial teams, improving management reporting processes, coordinating with other business areas, enhancing business case proposals, and tracking profitability will be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support direct manager with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals within a dedicated area of the business
- Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making, and general projects
- Provide analysis or reporting with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of data
- Monitor and measure ongoing business performance, drive early warning for re-direction of resources
- Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams, provide value-added recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement
- Support the improvement and streamlining of existing management reporting processes
- Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business to support on-time and accurate information gathering
- Support and improve business case proposals, profitability tracking, annual budgeting, rolling forecast/Latest outlook, and Strategic Planning processes
- Report technical complaints, adverse events, special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours
- Distribute marketing samples where applicable
Qualification Required:
- CA/MBA
- 3-7 years experience in Operations Management and Execution, Financial Management, Functional Breadth, English, Analytical Thinking, and Financial Modeling
- Experience in Financial Business Partnering, Aligning people and resources, Business Mindset, Operational Excellence, Continuous Learning, Interpersonal Savvy, Resilience, Breakthrough Analysis, Digital & Technology Savvy, Stakeholder Engagement
