Join a dedicated team as a Physiotherapist focused on geriatric rehabilitation. Assess, diagnose, and treat seniors with disabilities in a supportive community environment. This role is vital in providing patient-centered care under the interdisciplinary Seniors LINCS team.
You will assess functional limitations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to optimize health outcomes. Supervising rehabilitation staff and students, you'll also ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols in every aspect of care. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning
- Support seniors in both home and hospital settings
- Provide supervision to students and assistants
- Follow healthcare policies and professional standards Requirements:
- Accredited degree in Physiotherapy
- Current membership with the provincial Physiotherapy regulator
- First Aid/CPR certification required
- Geriatric care experience is a plus
