Join Northern Health’s Urgent Primary Care Clinic in Quesnel as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in urgent primary care for all ages. This position allows you to make immediate healthcare impacts in a collaborative, team-focused setting. As part of the clinic, the Nurse Practitioner will address same-day health concerns without patient panel commitments.

You will work with patient care assistants and utilize Electronic Medical Records for seamless care coordination. Your contributions will help bridge healthcare gaps and enhance patient access. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver urgent care to patients with immediate health needs
• Collaborate with team members for timely, effective care
• Employ EMRs for clinical documentation and workflows
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate continuity of care through proper referrals Requirements:
• Eligible for registration as a Nurse Practitioner in BC
• Background in primary care and urgent care is essential
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
• Proven collaborative and independent working skills
