In this vital role, you will engage in clinical pharmacy, educational services, and dispensary work across Northern Health. Your expertise will address patient needs, utilizing both regional computer systems and Telehealth support. Travel may be necessary for specific assignments or coverage requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective clinical pharmacy practices focusing on patient care
• Deliver drug information and pharmacy-based education
• Involve in various pharmacy projects and dispensary tasks
• Use Telehealth technology to support remote consultations
• Travel to Northern Health sites when required

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is mandatory
• Current registration with the BC College of Pharmacists
• Two or more years of hospital pharmacy experience
• Adept communication abilities, both written and oral
• Physical capacity to manage pharmacy functions
