What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of roofing experience.
• Skills: Ability to tear & paper, install shingles, conduct repairs, and site clean up efficiently and safely.
• Team Player: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork.
• Safety-Focused: Familiarity with ladder safety, fall protection, and PPE compliance.
• We are willing to train you in any of these feilds.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace roofs with precision and care, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Perform inspections to assess roof conditions and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Work with a variety of roofing materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear expectations and smooth project execution.
