Operations Coordinator

Responsible for operational asset accounting, reporting, and coordination activities across the company's industrial gas operations. The role focuses on cylinder tracking and reconciliation, customer stock verification, maintenance coordination, operational reporting, and loss monitoring to ensure accurate records. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain customer-wise cylinder records and track cylinder movements. Conduct periodic cylinder stock verification and reconciliation at customer sites. Prepare and circulate daily dispatch and collection reports. Prepare weekly boil-off and gas loss reports and highlight variances. Track vehicle maintenance schedules, obtain quotations, and coordinate servicing with vendors. Monitor plant equipment and tool maintenance requirements, obtain quotations, and coordinate repairs and servicing. Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate with operations, sales, transport, and maintenance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
