Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager, based in Parbhani. The Agency Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building and managing a team of agents, and achieving business growth targets within the assigned territory. The role involves overseeing recruitment and training initiatives, managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistent performance, and implementing strategies to meet organizational goals. The individual will work closely with branch teams, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and trust in the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and ability to effectively recruit, train, and mentor agents or staff members.
• Expertise in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets in the insurance industry or similar fields.
• Proficiency in analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement actionable plans to drive business growth.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills to foster strong interpersonal connections with stakeholders and customers.
• Good understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work on-site in Parbhani, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
