As a Growth Analyst at NIRA, you will play a crucial role in driving customer growth by leveraging your strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience in performance marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

You will be tasked with collecting and analyzing data from various sources using SQL and BI tools to support growth initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and marketing metrics. Your role will involve identifying trends and patterns in user acquisition, funnel performance, and retention to guide strategic decisions. Collaboration with product, operations, and credit teams will be essential to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Monitoring KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and funnel drop-offs will also be part of your responsibilities. Designing and interpreting A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes will be crucial. Communication of insights and recommendations clearly to leadership through reports, presentations, and visualizations is also expected.
