Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainer – Preprimary role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Trainer will conduct training sessions and workshops for preprimary teachers and school staff on Next Education’s products, teaching methodologies, and classroom implementation strategies. Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging demonstrations, modeling age-appropriate instructional practices, and supporting schools in adopting learner-centric, technology-enabled curriculum. The role involves collaborating with academic and product teams to provide feedback from the field, customizing training content to school needs, and maintaining accurate training reports and documentation. The Trainer will also offer ongoing guidance to partner schools, address implementation challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in early childhood / preprimary pedagogy, child development, and activity-based learning practices.
• Proven training, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of educators.
• Comfort with educational technology platforms, digital content, and basic computer skills (e.g., presentations, LMS usage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field; B.Ed./Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience as a preprimary teacher, academic coordinator, or trainer in schools or edtech organizations.
• Ability to work on-site at partner schools within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, travel as required, and manage multiple training engagements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a learner-centric mindset aligned with 21st-century education practices.
