Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using TOAST POS system, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standard
• Food running and serving is our lunch format
• Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to optimize seating arrangements and minimize wait times

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings. 2 years minimum
• Strong knowledge of TOAST POS systems ; familiarity with RESY is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that promotes guest relations
• Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills for working with team members and engaging with guests seamlessly

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
