Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete dispatch process, including packing, billing, and shipment coordination.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately.
- Ensure timely dispatch of goods with proper documentation.
- Maintain dispatch records and coordinate effectively with logistics vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records for inward and outward movements.
- Handle end-to-end accounting activities, including entries for sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans as per requirements.
- Prepare and review the Trial Balance and assist in the finalization of the Balance Sheet.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse dispatch operations and inventory management processes.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, or Zoho Books.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
