Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete dispatch process, including packing, billing, and shipment coordination.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods with proper documentation.
• Maintain dispatch records and coordinate effectively with logistics vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records for inward and outward movements.
• Handle end-to-end accounting activities, including entries for sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts on a regular basis.
• Generate invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans as per requirements.
• Prepare and review the Trial Balance and assist in the finalization of the Balance Sheet.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse dispatch operations and inventory management processes.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, or Zoho Books.
• Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and e-way bill generation.
