Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound outreach in international markets.
  • Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for requirement analysis, feasibility, and estimations.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead status and follow-ups.
  • Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
  • Engage with prospects through WhatsApp and other communication channels professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion and reduce lead drop-offs.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales (international markets).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Related Field.
  • Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales (International).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of email campaign tools and strategies.
  • Good understanding of IT services (Mobile Apps).
