Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound outreach in international markets.
- Identify and qualify leads, and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with the technical team for requirement analysis, feasibility, and estimations.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate lead status and follow-ups.
- Execute and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Engage with prospects through WhatsApp and other communication channels professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion and reduce lead drop-offs.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales (international markets).
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Related Field.
- Must have minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales (International).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Knowledge of email campaign tools and strategies.
- Good understanding of IT services (Mobile Apps).
