About Nestlé Professional Solutions
Nestlé Professional Solutions at Nestlé USA leverages the strength of the world’s largest food and beverage company to bring trusted brands — including Stouffer’s, Coffee mate, Nescafé, and Starbucks to foodservice operators across workplaces, restaurants, hotels, and higher education. Through our products, insights, and digital platforms, we help operators grow and succeed in an increasingly competitive and digital-first market.
About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Technology Specialist, you will play a hands‑on role in shaping and evolving one of Nestlé’s largest eCommerce platforms. This is a high‑visibility, high‑ownership role designed for a curious, self‑driven analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, getting into the details, and thinking end‑to‑end across systems, data, and user experiences.
You will operate at the intersection of digital marketing, technology, and analytics — translating business needs into technical solutions, identifying patterns across platforms and user journeys, and proactively driving improvements across our marketing technology stack. Success in this role requires strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- * Own problem translation and solution definition: Partner with Marketing, IT, and vendors to turn business objectives into clear technical requirements, user stories, and recommended solutions
- Drive initiatives forward: Proactively identify issues, gaps, and opportunities across systems, data, and user journeys — and take ownership of driving them from intake to resolution
- Platform ownership: Serve as a subject matter expert for Adobe Commerce and other technologies, including backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap input based on data, impact, and business value
- Data‑driven insights: Analyze analytics and behavioral data to uncover patterns and inform optimization decisions across marketing and eCommerce experiences
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with developers, third‑party partners, and internal teams to plan and execute feature enhancements, upgrades, and ad‑hoc initiatives
- Clear communication: Articulate options, tradeoffs, risks, updates, and recommendations in a way that is understandable and actionable for stakeholders at varying levels of technical depth
- UAT & delivery support: Support testing and launches with strong attention to detail and accountability, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards
- Challenge the status quo: Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, questioning existing approaches, documenting best practices, and driving more scalable and effective ways of working.
Who Will Thrive in This Role
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
- Are highly self‑directed and comfortable figuring things out without step‑by‑step guidance
- Enjoy working through ambiguity, connecting dots across systems, data, and people
- Take pride in end‑to‑end ownership, from identifying a problem to delivering a solution
- Can clearly explain complex technical or analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Are naturally curious, proactive, and consistently looking for better ways to work
- Prefer environments where initiative, critical thinking, and accountability are valued
- Thinks from first principles rather than relying on “how it’s always been done,” and building solutions from the ground up
- Drive clarity through thoughtful questioning, consistently asking questions to clarify requirements, underlying value, scope, and tradeoffs so the backlog is well‑defined and the team is aligned before work begins.
- Ability to nurture strong working relationships with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 1–2 years of experience working with technical systems, digital platforms, or analytics in a business or marketing context
Preferred (not required):
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Glassbox
- Exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, or similar tools
