Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Manager (Precast) role located in Bengaluru. The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of precast construction projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints while adhering to quality and safety standards. The role includes supervising projects, implementing and monitoring construction plans, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety compliance, and exercising control over project schedules and progress. The individual will liaise with multiple stakeholders and facilitate seamless communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and resource allocation for construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience in managing Construction and infrastructure projects, with a focus on precast systems.
• Expertise in Project Control, including timelines, deliverables, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Familiarity with precast construction techniques and processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
