Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly communicative and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, a professional and empathetic

approach to customer interactions, and experience handling international customers.

This role involves managing customers calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and

ensuring a seamless customer experience. The candidate should be adaptable, solution-oriented, and

comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
