Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Bhopal. The Merchandiser will oversee product displays, maintain inventory levels, and ensure optimal in-store placement to maximize sales. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, monitoring stock levels, analyzing consumer trends, and implementing store strategies to enhance customer experience and boost revenue. The role requires effective communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with store staff, suppliers, and customers
• Proficiency in Sales and Retail practices to drive revenue and meet performance goals
• Understanding of basic Marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and consumer engagement
• Ability to analyze sales trends and apply results to improve product placements
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a plus
