Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients, and presenting Naukripay Group’s HR and talent solutions to decision-makers. The role includes managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. The Sales Executive will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to deliver on client requirements. Daily activities also involve maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and achieving assigned targets and key performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including confidence in interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Solid experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales-tracking tools.
  • Understanding of HR services, staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to work toward sales targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, especially in services or HR consulting, is an advantage.
