Key responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, preparing balance sheets and income statements, managing tax filings, auditing, and advising management on financial decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Recording: Accurately document daily transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheets, profit & loss, cash flow).Compliance & Taxes: Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with local/international financial regulations.Auditing & Analysis: Perform internal audits to check for financial discrepancies and analyze data to improve profitability.Budgeting: Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.Certifications: CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and advanced MS Excel.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ethical integrity.
