This role involves analyzing customer behavior, executing multi-channel retention campaigns, and working closely with founders to scale retention growth.Key Responsibilities:Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior, retention trends, and drop-offsSegment customers based on lifecycle stage, purchase patterns, and engagementPlan and execute retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM channelsImplement loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and personalized offers to drive repeat purchasesMonitor and optimize key metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and CLVPlan and execute digital engagement and activation campaigns to improve retentionCollaborate with founders, marketing, creative, and product teams for campaign alignmentTrack campaign performance and generate reports on retention metrics and insightsContinuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and customer lifetime valueSkills & Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or digital marketingD2C or e-commerce experience is a robust plusStrong analytical skills with exposure to cohort analysis and customer dataExperience with CRM tools and marketing automation platformsData-driven mindset with strong communication and execution skillsWhat’s in It for You:Work directly with founders and influence business growthOwn and drive high-impact retention campaignsGain hands-on experience in D2C growth and lifecycle marketingBe part of a fast-growing, creative team
