Role Overview:
We are looking for a Retention Marketing Associate to drive customer engagement and repeat purchases through data-driven strategies. This role involves analyzing customer behavior, executing multi-channel retention campaigns, and working closely with founders to scale retention growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior, retention trends, and drop-offs
Segment customers based on lifecycle stage, purchase patterns, and engagement
Plan and execute retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and CRM channels
Implement loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and personalized offers to drive repeat purchases
Monitor and optimize key metrics such as repeat purchase rate, churn rate, and CLV
Plan and execute digital engagement and activation campaigns to improve retention
Collaborate with founders, marketing, creative, and product teams for campaign alignment
Track campaign performance and generate reports on retention metrics and insights
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and customer lifetime value
Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in retention marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
D2C or e-commerce experience is a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with exposure to cohort analysis and customer data
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Data-driven mindset with strong communication and execution skills
