Role Description

The Store Manager / Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily outlet operations from opening to closing
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all service areas
  • Maintain operational efficiency and service speed

2. Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Build a customer-first culture within the team

3. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff
  • Manage shift planning, attendance, and productivity
  • Drive team performance through coaching and feedback

4. Sales & Business Performance

  • Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

5. Compliance & Hygiene

  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure compliance with all operational guidelines

6. Inventory & Cost Control

  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor wastage and implement control measures

Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting

Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in QSR, café, dessert, or food retail industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Basic understanding of sales metrics and inventory management
