Role Description
The Store Manager / Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving sales performance, and leading a high-performing team. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee daily outlet operations from opening to closing
- Ensure smooth functioning of all service areas
- Maintain operational efficiency and service speed
2. Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations

3. Team Leadership & People Management
