💼 Job Overview:

Position: MedBuddy Executive cum Relationship Manager

Department: Operations & Client Relations

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Field & Digital CRM Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,40,000 Per Annum (Highly competitive monthly in-hand up to ₹20,000 inclusive of performance incentives + separate mileage-linked fuel reimbursements)

Reports to: Head of Operations

🎯 What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):

In this dual-role execution, you will split your time between premium On-Field Patient Care Navigation and Digital Client Relationship Management (CRM):

On-Field Operations: Formally manage appointment scheduling, billing counters, desk logistics, and routing within our partnered private hospital networks—removing all administrative stress from the patient’s family.

The Communication Bridge: Facilitate flawless real-time communication between patients and hospital management, keeping accurate records of instructions and follow-up data.

Digital CRM & Etiquette: Handle incoming client queries with elite professional etiquette, dispatching structural logistics updates, booking briefings, and confirmations via official digital channels (WhatsApp Business/Company Portal).

Retention & Growth: Own the post-care cycle by collecting structured feedback metrics, sending formal "Thank You" dispatches, and building long-term relationship retention with our families.

📋 Key Requirements:

Education: Completed Graduate Degree from a recognized university. (Degrees in Hospital Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Social Work, or Psychology are highly preferred!)

Languages: High proficiency and clear articulation in spoken English, Odia, and Hindi are mandatory.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable handling basic computer tools (MS Excel, CRM systems, text interfaces) and inputting customer data accurately.

Logistics (Non-Negotiable): Ownership of a personal, functional two-wheeler, a valid Driving License, and a modern smartphone.

Etiquette: Strict maintenance of professional grooming and corporate etiquette standards.
