Role Description The Vendor Management Office (iVMO) is responsible for implementing key elements of sourcing strategy framework, risk management and TDI level strategy for IT outsourcing, therefore ensuring the most efficient and effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the groups policies and standards. iVMO team, partners with the business functions to maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements, both pre contract and post contract. The iVMO team manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.
This includes
- Leading or executing strategic procurement efforts via full understanding of business priorities and requirements to achieve the best sourcing outcomes across the bank
- Act as interface between the IT Domain, Procurement, TPRM team and enabling functions, to overall compliance with global procurement policies, IT Domains strategy, and VM policies and standards.
- Collaborate with internal customers to identify sourcing needs, develop buyer/market profiles, identify market trends, and establish acceptable service levels
- Responsible to drive third party strategies at division / IT Domain level and deliver key objectives at bank and Infra organization level
- Building ongoing relationships with CIO organization stakeholders to act as consultant on global procurement, VM and various banks policies, procedures and TDI governance

The TDI Vendor Manager CIO Corporate Functions provides timely and value-added support for the TDI division’s CIO organization, including IT leads, contract managers and business managers. Act as consultant and support for procurement of external IT services and technologies, within DB third party outsourcing policy, TDI strategy / vendor segmentation, risk management, bank-wide regulations and regulatory frameworks for the relevant topics.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary contact for all queries and required information related to IT Outsourcing within TDI CIO Corporate Functions, acting as an interface between procurement and the IT domain.
- Collaborates with the IT domain to identify, define, and execute third-party IT requirements in alignment with TDI vendor strategy and segmentation framework, while maintaining an understanding of the IT domain’s business priorities.
- Assesses IT demand, scope, financials, capacity, and required technology skills to ensure supplier selection and contracts align with identified needs.
- Ensures information is communicated to relevant teams and supports effective sourcing approaches.
- Supports IT Domain and Global Procurement by helping translate business demand into appropriate service delivery methods.
- Works with Global Procurement to align vendor selection processes with business demand and IT strategy and manages sourcing events as necessary.
Your Skills And Experience
- Several years of experience with IT outsourcing engagement models on senior level.
- Deep expertise in a range of third-party outsourcing roles and skill sets, alongside strong familiarity with platforms, products, and key technologies. (e.g. Knowledge (and use) of Ariba/Coupa & familiar with e2e source to pay process)
- Strategic understanding of comprehensive sourcing processes, guiding requirements from initial business cases to final contract execution.
- Proven leadership in sourcing activities, including RFI, RFP development, and full management of the contract lifecycle.
- Advanced stakeholder management and executive communication skills for sustaining relationships with CIO organizations at private banks and global procurement teams.
- Robust knowledge in financial oversight, resource planning, and project management at a senior level.
