Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence will be a part of MT Digital and Data Strategy Organization supporting North America Order-To-Cash Deployment for Material Master.
The incumbent will be linked into the transformation organization, a multi-year North America business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem major North America MT ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
As a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, you will combine business insights with technical expertise to drive data activities within transformation programs.
The Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, will be a highly skilled individual within ERP Deployments and ensuring delivery of all aspects of data analysis, mapping, and transfer. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of technical, business expertise, ERP deployment, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and North America process owners. The successful candidate must be able to engage, operate, and communicate with programming teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in Material Master Function or Capability
- Ability to influence teams, effective communication skills, and strong people/team management skills.
- Material Master Functional expertise while having a good understanding of the E2E supply chain processes and the interactions across the various functional areas.
- May lead large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
- Collaborating with technical subject matter experts to assess legacy data.
- Planning and leading data migration and solution build activities to meet program schedules and business requirements.
- Ensure key business impacts and requirements are understood, designed, and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
- Manage cross-program interdependencies for respective areas of responsibility, by collaborating with respective stakeholders to implement controls, cadence, and risk mitigations.
- Ability to navigate differing priorities and align objectives to ensure smooth process adoption across the business.
- Ability to analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferred in an engineering field.
Qualifications
Required
- Database level vs functional level, APIs, and technical error handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result.
- Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical subject matter in call formats (email, presentations, Excel based).
- Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
- Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP & workflow expertise.
- Travel: up to 20% domestic and international.
- Minimum 4 -6 years of experience in ERP SAP and Supply Chain Data implementation projects across multi-national companies.
- Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolves complex models and procedures.
Preferred
- Experience working with multiple data management, data transformation, data migration, ETL tools (MDM Informatica, Collibra, Talend, Syniti, SAP Master Governance MDG, Reltio, SAP BODS).
- Full knowledge of industry/J&J practices and standards. Receive predetermined work assignments that are process driven.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description For Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject To The Terms Of Their Respective Policies And Date Of Hire, Employees Are Eligible For The Following Time Off Benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
