We are looking for an Associate Manager – Partner Success to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in strengthening relationships with our content creators, supporting lead generation, driving successful partnership outcomes, and providing performance insights through reporting. You will work closely with managers and senior managers to ensure our partners have a seamless experience - from the first conversation through to long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective content creators.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Build trust and rapport with senior professionals and thought leaders.

Assist in onboarding new partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Lead Management & Conversion

• Work on leads generated by the internal team and manage the partner success pipeline.
• Conduct discovery and closing calls with prospective partners.

Develop tailored proposals and structured value propositions to support conversion.

Reporting & Insights

• Create and maintain reports to track content creator performance and engagement.
• Develop simple dashboards and summaries to showcase key metrics and trends.
• Share insights with internal teams and leadership to guide strategy and decision-making.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with internal teams (content, operations, and leadership) to support partner initiatives.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the partner success process.
• Contribute to documentation including playbooks, templates, and SOPs.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree is mandatory; CA Intermediate preferred for a better understanding of the accounting/finance ecosystem.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally within education, consulting, or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in creating professional proposals, decks, and performance reports.
• Ability to manage multiple partner relationships with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic data handling and reporting.
