Business Development Officer (Staffing and Recruitment)

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential clients (companies hiring across industries)
• Research markets and target sectors (IT, healthcare, finance, etc.)
• Use channels like LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking

2. Client Acquisition

• Reach out to decision-makers (HR heads, hiring managers, founders)
• Pitch recruitment/staffing services (permanent hiring, contract staffing, RPO, etc.)
• Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations
• Convert leads into signed clients

3. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand ongoing hiring needs
• Ensure repeat business and long-term contracts

4. Requirement Gathering

• Work with clients to understand job roles, expectations, and timelines
• Translate client needs to internal recruitment teams

5. Proposal & Negotiation

• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing models
• Negotiate terms (fees, contracts, SLAs)
• Close deals and onboard clients

6. Market Intelligence

• Track hiring trends, competitor activity, and salary benchmarks
• Suggest new service offerings or niche markets

7. Coordination with Recruitment Team

• Ensure recruiters deliver suitable candidates on time
• Monitor client satisfaction and hiring success

8. Revenue & Target Management

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Track pipeline, conversions, and billingKey Skills Required

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
