Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Junior Sales Representative! You will play a vital role in promoting our products and services to contractors, builders, and developers. Engage in outbound calls, foster relationships, and invite potential clients to visit our branch for consultations and to explore our diverse product offerings. Your main goal will be to acquire new accounts and enhance our market presence.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with 2 Saturdays a month from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding showroom experience by engaging with customers, offering design inspiration, and addressing inquiries both in person and through various communication channels.
- Qualify walk-in customers to understand their project scope and recommend materials that align with their needs.
- Seek out and acquire new contractors and clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Actively connect with trade customers to explore sales opportunities, close deals, and address any outstanding quotes.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our products available in the showroom.
- Keep the showroom and displays tidy, updated, and stocked with marketing materials for customers.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Preferred 2 years of related industry experience.
- Knowledge of tile and stone products is a plus.
- Must have previous retail sales experience in the industry.
- Ability to provide effective solutions meeting customer needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Quick learner capable of understanding our product offerings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Solid organizational abilities.
- Comfort utilizing PCs with multi-window environments.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and resilience in the face of customer rejections.
- Bilingual abilities are an added advantage.
