<p><strong>About this team and role:</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re now seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This is a highly customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprises evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure, complex, and regulated environments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ideal candidate brings deep technical credibility, strong enterprise architecture experience, and a passion for helping customers solve real-world security, deployment, and interoperability challenges.</span></p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Run workshops with customer stakeholders across security, infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and workplace technology.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own the relationship to the customer’s technical counterparts during and after the sales process. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help customers evaluate Firefox Enterprise in areas such as deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, security controls, and operational fit.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Advise customers on deployment models, architecture decisions, and integration approaches for enterprise environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Validate interoperability across systems such as SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxy/network controls, endpoint tooling, certificates/PKI, and browser policy frameworks.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify and help resolve technical risks early, including application compatibility, certificate handling, deployment complexity, and policy enforcement requirements.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, deployment guidance, validation plans, and technical enablement materials.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Support and enable partners involved in deployment, integration, and customer success.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Champion Mozilla’s values of openness, trust, and user agency in every customer interaction.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll bring: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Significant experience (7+ years) in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager role.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ideally deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly within the public sector, financial services, or KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) operators .</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands-on knowledge of:</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">SIEM / DLP / CASB ecosystems</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kubernetes / Helm for customer-operated environments</span></li>
</ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience supporting pilots, technical evaluations, or enterprise deployments in complex customer environments.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations and sales evidence.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior customer stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfort working across ambiguity and helping customers move from evaluation to deployment with confidence.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Native-level fluency in German</span></li>
