Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in profile creation, updates, and service usage
- Provide guidance on matrimony packages and membership plans

- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
Working Hours:
- Shift timing 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Weekly off: Sunday
Salary:
- As per industry standards + Incentives
