Job Summary

Mothi Matrimony is looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Perambur office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, assisting users with matrimony services, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients professionally
• Assist customers in profile creation, updates, and service usage
• Provide guidance on matrimony packages and membership plans
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
• 3+ years of experience in customer service
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally

Working Hours:

• Shift timing 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Weekly off: Sunday

Salary:

• As per industry standards + Incentives
