Role: Field Superintendent - Carpenter - Civil or SeniorWork Schedule: 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 11 hrs per working dayWork Location: McArthur River, SK - flights from Saskatoon, SK Duration: 05/25/2026 - 12/31/2026Key Responsibilities:

The Civil Field Superintendent has primary responsibility to ensure contractors within their area are working in a safe manner abiding by all safety program requirementsThe Civil Field Superintendent will review and/or develop detailed work plans according to Cameco’s workface planning processesIn some instances, the Field Superintendent may perform supervision of direct field labor on mechanical/piping scopes of work ensuring the work is completed safely and to a high quality standardIn some instances, the Field Superintendent will oversee the contractor’s activities of a mechanical/piping nature confirming the work is completed safely and according to all contract requirementsInspections of completed work to confirm it is completed to appropriate standards, identifying deficiencies and managing the completion of deficienciesMonitoring the schedule and productivity of work and work collaboratively with the contractor and operations personnel to resolve issues and barriersDaily validation and approval of contractor submitted labor, equipment and material reportsResponsible to coordinate field activities between contractors and the Cameco operations team as required

Skills / Previous Experience:

Journeyperson ticket in Carpentry is an asset.Previous experience with Civil construction scopes of work, including Commercial, or Industrial, C.S.BPrevious experience in a brown field construction environment is required.Journeyperson ticket in Scaffolding or Carpentry is an asset.
