You will collaborate with a teams of engineers and data scientists to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software products that meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and reliability.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications using Python&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>oversee the deployment of cloud services and compliance to security guidelines</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and pair programming to ensure high-quality code and knowledge sharing</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends, tools, and technologies</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products, ensuring seamless integration and deployment</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to the development of new codebases that emphasize object-orientation, modularity, and maintainability</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li> <p>US citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI)</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise in Python&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>1+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure or GCP.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Terraform or Cloud Formation</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of relational databases and version control systems (e.g., Git)</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with Docker, Docker-compose, or Kubernetes</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and microservice architecture</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication skills and self-motivation</p> </li> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or significant professional experience)</p> </li> <li> <p>3+ years of software development experience</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>MORSE Corp’s salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.</p> <p><span data-teams="true">Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year. MORSE maintains an “open” leave policy that does not restrict exempt, regular full-time employees to a specific&nbsp;number of paid sick or vacation days.
