Job Title: PD CAM Senior Merchandiser - Jewellery Industry - Mumbai

The CAM is responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, coordinating product development, and ensuring smooth execution of orders within assigned accounts. The role focuses on strategic planning, new product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high quality products, meet customer expectations, and support business growth

Job Responsibility

o Drive sales growth for assigned accounts in line with annual business targets

o Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals

o Provide regular updates on strategy progress and business performance to leadership

o Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal associates through regular communication and review meetings

o Track and monitor errors, client feedback, and operational issues to ensure smooth account management

o Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain zero conflicts by following established systems and protocols

o Collaborate closely with Sales Associates and internal teams to achieve monthly business targets

o Participate actively in client meetings and contribute ideas through brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions

o Ensure accuracy and timely updates of quotations, master samples, and product information after sample shipments

o Coordinate with internal teams to manage sampling timelines and respond to client queries efficiently

o Drive New Product Development initiatives and support collections that contribute to sales performance

o Monitor product performance including model hits, sales per model, and revenue contribution

o Work closely with production and quality teams to minimize product rejections and rollbacks

o Conduct market visits, attend trade shows, and prepare trend reports to identify opportunities and new product directions

o Perform whitespace analysis periodically to identify new product opportunities and category gaps

o Maintain documentation of product learnings and ensure master samples and learning documents are prepared before order execution

o Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, category details, and data updates within internal systems

o Prevent copyright infringement by ensuring exclusivity compliance and proactively flagging potential design conflicts. Conduct regular audits of exclusivity systems and update relevant stakeholders

Key Skills:

Mandatory: Experience from Jewellery industry in export market only

Technical Skills:

o MS Powerpoint / Canva

o Quality Control

o CAD/CAM

o Jewellery Designing (Design Aesthetics)

Experience: 9 to 12 years experience in jewellery industry.

Preference for candidates who hold a valid Australian / UK / USA visa.

Job Location: Andheri East SEEPZ, Mumbai – Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days (17 Saturdays off in a year)

Qualification: Graduate (NIFT / Creative Design School)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
