Job Title: Accounts and Audit Manager - Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for end-to-end accounting and support in finalization and closure of books of accounts

Oversee bookkeeping processes and ensure effectiveness of internal controls

Manage routine period close activities including GL scrutiny, journal entries, accruals, provisioning, invoicing, and reconciliations

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, audits, and reviews

Perform GL account reviews along with monthly, quarterly, and yearly balance sheet and P&L movement analysis

Prepare Ind AS workings including ECL, EIR, and securitisation Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Key Skills:

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

Experience or working knowledge of Ind AS

Hands-on experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes

Ability to multitask and take on additional responsibilities

High integrity, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
